1. Payment Terms

• Tuition is billed monthly.
• Invoices are issued before the start of each month.
• Payment is due on the 1st day of each month.
• Payments not received by the 1st are subject to a $15 late fee per day.
• Accepted payment methods are cash and e-transfer.

2. Attendance Policy

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.
• At least one (1) week of advance notice is required to be eligible for rescheduling.
• Emergency absences, including sudden illness or family emergencies, are considered case-by-case at the Teacher's discretion.
• Lessons missed without the required notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Make-up lessons are offered on the last Friday of each month.
• Eligible make-up lessons are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Available make-up times are limited and are not guaranteed.
• If all make-up times are filled, the missed lesson is forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Lessons cancelled by the Teacher will be rescheduled.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Arrive on time with all required materials, including instrument, music books and notebook.
• Maintain a regular practice schedule as recommended by the Teacher.
• Communicate scheduling issues or concerns promptly.

5. Termination of Lessons

Either the Teacher or the Student may terminate the lesson arrangement with one month's written notice.
